        An Omelet is a god fast-food. To prepare it onion chilli, and ginger are at first cut into small pieces. Next an egg is broken into a bowl. It is then mixed with the onion, ginger, chilli pieces and a little salt is added. The mixture is stirred well. Then some oil or ghee is poured into a frying pan on the stove. The mixture is poured into and spread all over the heated pan. In a minute the mixture solidifies. It is then rolled. Now the omelet is ready to be served.
