Ans. PREPARATION OF ORANGE JUICE
The preparation of orange juice is easy. It is a delicious drink. It is prepared through many stages. At first oranges are bought from the market. Then they are sorted. The rotten oranges are discarded after careful examination. Then they are cleaned in clean water. Later they are peeled. The peeled oranges are put into the juicer machine. The juice is extracted and kept in a pot. After that sugar and preservatives are added according to quantity. Then, after stirring for some time the juice is poured into sterilised bottles. Then they are sealed. Now they are ready to be sold in the market.
