        The process of manufacturing lemon squash passes through a number of stages. At first ripe lemons are collected from the market. The rotten ones are removed and the good lemons are scrubbed well and they are then scraped. Then the scraped lemons are squeezed to extract juice. The juice is now strained to remove the seeds. Then the strained juice is poured into a bowl. Citric acid and sugar are added to the juice. Then the prepared juice is poured into dry bottles Thus lemon squash is prepared.
